Forgot BADC user Account details

All registered BADC users are issued with a user account name and password.
The username can be up to 8 characters long and usually consists of the first letter of the user forename(s) followed by the user surname in full (but the full username cannot exceed 8 characters long! e.g. Peter Black's username would be pblack)

If you are a registered BADC user and have forgotten your BADC account details (including password), please, do not re-register with the BADC.

Simply send an email message to BADC Support, clearly stating who you are and where you are working/studying. If you were granted access to some restricted datasets held at the BADC, then please let us know (if you can remember which one(s)!).

The BADC maintains a database of user account details, from which your record will be extracted and communicated to you within 5 working days (upon receipt of your query).
