Dataset expiry

Access to restricted data is only granted for a limited period of time. You can see what restricted data you have access to and when the access expires on the List authorised datasets page, which can be found on MyBADC

When your dataset is close to its expiry date you will be notified by e-mail and you can re-apply for access using the link that will appear on the List authorised datasets page. If your request is granted it will be listed as a new dataset belonging to you. Your original dataset will reach its expiry date and be removed. You may therefore continue to be warned that you have a dataset that is about to expire even after you have re-applied for access.
