Dataset archive status

The datasets at the BADC can have one of three "archive status" values:
  1. 'A' (Primary archive)
    The BADC is the primary archive for this data.

  2. 'B' (Secondary archive)
    The BADC is not the primary archive for this data, but it is archive at the BADC because it may be difficult to retrieve from the primary archive.

  3. 'C' (Cache archive)
    The BADC maintains an archive of this dataset to facilitate distribution.
