Conditions of use for Eyjafjallajokull - Volcanic Ash Cloud Data

1. In all cases where the data are used in a presentation or publication co-authorship must be offered to original data provider. It is for the original data provider to decide whether this is accepted or if an alternative form of acknowledgement is appropriate.
2. For expediency, this data may have been supplied in a working format. Reprocessed and revised data may be submitted thereafter. Users should consult the data provider to ensure that the latest available version of the data is used in publications.
3. Your use of information provided by NERC is at your own risk. Please read any warnings given about the limitations of the information. Please note, as a registered BADC user you have also agreed to the general BADC conditions of use
4. Information submitted in application for access to the data will be made available to the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) and its delegated authorities, i.e. the NERC Earth Observation Data Centre and the British Atmospheric Data Centre (BADC) and their host organisation, the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC) for the purposes of tracking data usage and of improving the service.
