Highlighted Sites facility

Since November 16, 1999, a new facility is set up, called 'Highlighted
Sites'. It is accessible from the BADC menu and will lead to a series
of special links pages devoted to focussed topics. So far, one page is
available, displaying a selection of data bases and other sites related
to chemical laboratory data for interest to atmospheric science. Each
data base address is accompanied by a comment about its contents and
conditions of access.
