New DoE Reports on Stratospheric Ozone

New SORG Report : Stratospheric Ozone 1996

A new updated report  on the state of the stratospheric ozone layer has been
issued by the UK Stratospheric Ozone Review Group (SORG). 
Members of the Review Group are : John Pyle (Chair), John Austin, Martyn
Chipperfield, Tony Cox, Joe Farman, Lesley Gray, Neil Harris, Rod Jones,
Archie McCulloch, Alan O'Neill, Stuart Penkett, Claire Reeves, Howard
