Proxy server problem affecting access to restricted data

There is a problem currently with the RAL site proxy server which is affecting access to restricted datasets by authorised users.

We are investigating the problem. Access to the archive and associated services (e.g. My requested data area) will be fully restored as soon as possible.

In the meantime, access to the archive and my requested data directory is available via FTP. More information about using FTP is available from our FTP User guide.

A news item will be added as soon as the issue will have been resolved. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may be causing in the meantime.
