Following a modification to the helpdesk software the BADC and NEODC helpdesks are presently producing erronous error messages which are being sent to users on the creation of queries.
Queries are being received by the helpdesk and the support team are working with the software vendors to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
