BADC Data Extractor Service Has Been Restored

Following server problems last week the BADC has moved the Data Extractor Service to another system and this has now been made available for users again. However, the service will remain at risk for the foreseeable future. Should you encounter problems with submitting your extraction run the BADC asks that you try again at another time when load on the server may be lighter. If persistent problems exist please contact the BADC helpdesk for assistance.
