UKMO UARS day 3145 released but not UKMO UARS day 3147

The ppassm_operf_y00_m04_d21_h12.pp (UKMO UARS day 3145) has now been released by the UK Met. Office.

However ppassm_operf_y00_m04_d23_h12.pp (UKMO UARS day 3147) is unfortunately still unavailable.

We are in contact with the UK Met. Office to retrieve this file as soon as possible.
