Meteosat images online

Meteosat visible and infra-red images of North
Atlantic Ocean, Europe and North Africa are now
daily mirrored from the Meteosat archive in
Nottingham, with the purpose of maintaining a
long-term record of these pictures at the BADC.
Images are in JPEG format and are freely
accessible. Our oldest record (thermal infra-red
view) is dated 11 November 1999. Online
documentation is also available.
